Important Info for Renting

Deposits & Fees 

  • $200 Refundable Security Deposit (required for all rentals) 
  • $75 Cleaning Fee (optional if you prefer us to handle it)

You have the choice of any of our spaces located within Serenity wellness studio. The Wellness Lounge Venue Capacity - 30 people

  • Setup & cleanup time included in rental window 

Things you should know before renting?

Renters must abide by all applicable noise ordinances and the general guidelines outlined in the rental agreement.

All events must end by 11:00 pm, and renters must vacate the premises by midnight.

Please note that if you rent tables, chairs, or any other items from a third party for your event, all items must be picked up (or otherwise removed from the space) by your check-out time.
